The a double room room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe, we were happy about that. Everything was very good and within 18 minutes' drive of Mangalore International airport.

It was super modern with all the amenities you need nowadays. the staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. the rooms were massive and clean, with everything you need to relax after a busy day exploring the city. the food in the restaurants was delicious and they had options for vegetarians too!

If I had to find something negative to say about my experience, it would be that I wish they provided bathroom slippers and a dental kit. the laundry service was quite expensive, but we managed to find a nearby laundromat.

Despite offering great service, a few staff members did not wear name tags, making it hard to know who to approach for assistance.

The hotel's location was also unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions.

There were some minor inconveniences that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. For instance, room-keeping entered my room without knocking on one occasion, which was a bit startling.
